“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Thanks for the replies! (Although we nearly got a flame war!)

I quickly read through all the replies and it seems the general consensus is that I should go below parallel with squats, which is what I intend to do. (Don't worry about me going overboard; if anything, I won't push myself enough!).

I guess I'll start with lower weights and work up to a comfortable level. By that, I mean a level where the last time in a set is manageable, but barely.

Because the first week is 'max testing' week, I'll post up my journal sometime next week (or should I just add it to this thread?).

I would start a separate thread for the journal.

Have you been practicing your technique with just a barbell? If not then it wouldn't be advisable to max test, or indeed start piling weight on the bar. If you feel your able to to do it properly however, then go for a 5RM. And remember to warm up. If you can, post up a video of your squats and then people can suggest improvements.

Good luck,
