"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

I've been seeing this girl for 3years on and off it's been a UP AND DOWN although we haven't even started a relationship,i'm as equal her boyfriend but in reality i'm not.
It's come to a point now that when i've started seeing someone else, she comes back around telling me she wants a relationship without commitment.
At some point i want to go there but in the other hand if it's going to be the same thing again i'd rather not go.
What am I TO DO??

commitment???? are you asking her to merry you or something. are you trying to plan your future???? eather take it as is or move on. You see, what she wants is a guy to be there untill a better one comes along, so don't put your life on hold for her. In fact, don't even bother being faitfull. make her your f/buddy
