I was planning to go in some special forces and I need to get in top physical fitness until then.
I admit I'm not in the best shape right now.
So I'm asking here some of your best ideas to achieve really good shape in such little time.
By the way, I don't need cutting.
I'm also buliking at the same time.
How well I could keep bulking up with this?
