Help name our band, and get hooked up

I set aside my Dong Fu for a while to write some dance pop songs. I came over from Hawaii to L.A. to produce our album and find additional band members. This is one of our lead singers. She was doing some tv film work in the same studio, liked the music and joined the band.

We are about to get signed, finish our album, and start touring. Just one problem, we still have not come up with a band name that we really like.

Here is what we are looking for: Something obviously catchy, and memorable; fun or easy to say; sexy or sophisticated; could be a foreign word or saying; something futuristic could be cool,

She must be about 40 years old. Nobody in the music industry wants a 40 year old woman. You should find someone who is a suitable age.

The name of your band would come from your manager or the record label. The record label gets the last say on everything. You sign away your life when you go with a decent label. If you were really getting signed to a good label you would not be allowed to post any of this on this site. You could get your contract voided.

Good points.

1. Her age doesnt really matter with how hot she is, and being that this is an electronic pop band. Also, she is only one of the lead female singers, and doesnt look her age at all. We are not advertising her age either. Look at Madonna.No one cares if the music is cool.

2. I agree about the label deciding the name, as well as everything else. We dont really have any attachments as long as we get paid. But having a cool is always good.

3. Lastly, all the members in our band have big connections in the music/entertainment industry. So when I say about to get signed, what I mean is we have several labels and producers who are interested in our project, and are deciding how and if they want to work with us. Of course if we were signing something today, I would not be bothering to post this.

Feedback always appreciated. But something about the songs or a name would be more helpful than speculations as to our current situation.

I agree about the unoriginality. Then again, what is actually original in music. Compared to many artists who steal 80's melodies and choruses, then add some lyrics, this would be considered original. This song is just another "Bizarre" "If u steal my sunshine" kind of songs.

We are actually writing some really funny stuff that is much more original. We are going to be making a video soon for a song that we may get TO, and mini me involved with. It's gonna be some funny ****. We will see Rebecca at her naughtiest. I'll post when we have it up on youtube

PS, if you think you can do anything interesting with any of our compositions, we are always looking for creative people to get involved with our projects.
