"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Acne has been slowly tearing me apart these past two years. I am no longer the person that I was before. I used to be able to approach girls, but now I can't even bear make eye contact with any because I don't want them to see my face. My social life is basically gone and I chose to not go out with friends or go to any social events anymore because I don't want to be seen like this. I really want it to go back to before all the acne came so I can enjoy life and work on my game.
Would anyone care to share how they overcame acne? Using creams and sticking to a schedule for washing my face won't work because acne is an internal problem and I've already tried that. And there is no way i am going to do accutane, that sh1t will destroy your body.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I know this is an old thread but I had moderate acne up until a few years ago. I used the regimen found on http://www.acne.org/ and it worked the best out of anything I tired.

I got a doctor's prescription because none of the over-the-counter crap worked too well and it always burned my face. I take 30 mg of minocycline with 1% clindamycin phosphate and 5% benzoyl peroxide. I was supposed to take one pill a day and put on the clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide twice a day at first and I stopped getting more acne after like 3 days. Then my face began to heal so much quicker because of that and after 2 weeks there was a very considerable difference. My acne pretty much disappeared at one point (about 4 to 6 weeks after first usage) and after that I stopped using everything. 3 days later I get a big pimple lol. So now I use it all the time, but I only use the cream and gel once a day instead of twice.

This was prescribed by a doctor though, you cannot get this any other way. Doctor prescribed acne control is extremely strong stuff, but it doesn't burn either.

After that, the only known 'cure' for all acne regardless no matter your genetics is isotretinoin, but that is also doctor prescribed and can have some bad and dangerous side effects so they have to monitor you very closely. About 2/3 of people who take isotretinoin never take it ever again because they never get acne ever again either.

Anyways, doctor prescribed stuff is the way to go if you are able to. If not, tough luck then I dunno what to tell you after that.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
