"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok fellas, I did something I defintely should NOT have done...

Background:

Had a thing with this girl for a little while, met her outta nowhere, we talked exchanged names and numbers (i was a little bit of afc at this time remember) and well had attraction but of course i slowly killed it because I fell in love with her. Only had this much intense attraction for a female few times in my life, ended up LJBF'ing me actually she LJBBF = lets just be BEST friends...

We started hanging out alot, and of course I thought eventually she'd wake up and see me for the great guy that I am, but never happened. I endured her going through multiple relationhsips with multiple guys and well i got to the breaking point and i ended it with her, told her i liked her... she gave me the...

"OMG I didn't know... things won't change, don't worry"

Well things changed and she ignored me after that, hung out a few times but was awkward and then she lied about meeting up with me one time and met up with some other guy and i said 'fvck it' and left her ass after cursin her out and callin her a cruel biitch and the whole 9 yards.... K, after a week didn't think about it again until just today... been about 6-8 months since i had any thoughts....

Current Story

For whatever reason, I decided to open myspace to view an old friends pictures on there and i remembered her name and typed it in... And now here I sit, really really dejected and kinda depressed... She looooks really good, i mean she always looked good but lookin at her pictures like a TRUE loser damn all my memories came back...

5 00 am in the mornin conversations, lookin at our old pictures together (which she used to have ALL over myspace, now deleted) Just the fact that she could put me out of her mind in an instant... hurt ALOT... I did the same thing i guess and maybe i hurt her i dunno, she neva showed it... but i feel really dejected as of now... can't shake the feeling... I have a wonderful gf and really my gf is in the same league of this girl, but me and this one go back a while.... Our total time knowin each other was like 5 months, but it felt like 5 years....

Take a look at her pictures urself.... i feel dumb for lettin it go...

Her myspace profile = http://www.myspace.com/eleni1012

Anyway HELP me once again forget about her (already took first step and deleted myspace to avoid lookin at her pics) haven't fvcked my girl in a day or 2 so mayeb that'll help.... feelings just rushed back... any advice ??

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

you could continue to go to myspace and go to her profile and stare and wonder all the "what could have beens" and get all weirded out feeling about it.

or

you could stop checking her stuff.
to be quite honest, you are not getting anything good out of it, unless it makes you feel good to be let down.

you can never go back to yesterday and change anything.
you didnt blow anything, you just moved on.
it wouldnt be healthy for her to leave your pictures up on her myspace page.
its not healthy for you to visit her page anymore.

we all have fond memories of someone in our lives. at first we think about it all the time, and then it gets less everyday until one day you just stop thinking about them.

if your current gf doesnt take your mind off this former chick, perhaps you should rethink that too.
