6-7 in the face, I want a 8-10 in the body

i'm getting surgery done to have perfect hair in a couple months. I just have some minor recession in the front and two thinning patches in the back. The rest of it is thick/dense

I think I'm gonna keep my face clean shaven. I know lots of females like facial hair but I look younger and more European looking with no facial hair. I look more Arab and older with facial hair

Leanness and body fat % matter more than weight insofar as you don't appear skinny or monstrous.

I find at 6'1, I attract the hottest women and get approached most often at 190 lbs, 8% bf, when I'm stripped of water.

170 for me would be like 5% BF bro, way too skinny for me. I'm at like 190-195 right now and I'm 12% BF. In that picture, I was probably around 200 LBs


My eventual goal would be 5'10 190 @ 9-10% BF...which means I need to gain about another 10 lbs of muscle and shred 10 lbs of fat

my best friend is 5'11 195 7% BF and he has had multiple women tell him he is too big and too ripped


it just doesn't look healthy or natural and face looks sickly. Why would you want to get below 9 to 10% BF dude? you look like a cancer patient
