They do look better, almost everybody would agree with that, but yes I'm into skinny slavic girls, so for me they are not far from perfection. Women with slavic features is only a part of all Russian women, you should know that, there are a lot of mix in Russia because of the former soviet republics, so it's not true, it's impossible to define the standard Russian woman, they are all so different. I've heard that approximately 50% of all fashion models are from Russia/Ukraine/Belarus... I'm a photographer, trust me they are the most beautiful girls in the world, it explains why there are so many Russian models.
I think Russians abroad and at home are a bit different, the "core" is not but they are different in the way they behave since they adopt the local mentality. But it depends, here I'm talking from MY experience only.
They are more traditional and conservative yes, the aids/abortion are bad examples. I believe that people in Africa have more conservative values (in general), I think we can agree on that, they also have the highest rate of aids. Aids is Russia is mainly caused by drug addiction (heroin, etc), and also by unprotected sekc probably caused by retarded beliefs, like condom is evil or against religion, this explain the high abortion rate. People in Moscow, SPB are a bit less conservative but they still are compared to people in the West, don't forget that between Moscow and Vladivostok there is a whole country, poor small cities, poor villages where religion is strong, there are a lot of Muslims in Russia, Muslims are way more conservative. You can't deny that. Even Russians agree that they are more conservative.
I believe you have a good knowledge of Russia but what you say makes no sense I think, saying that you have" extensive" experience in Russian is hard to believe, the reality is the opposite of what you describe.
