My neighbour is a hot MILF so naturally I want to sleep with her. She doesn't have a boyfriend that I've ever seen, although she could be a lesbian, I live in a very gay-friendly area. I don't know her at all; I've only spoken to her to collect a package the mailman left when I was out, and said "Hi" when I saw her walking her dog a few times.

I'm moving away fairly soon so it doesn't matter if I make things awkward between us.
