"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

i have problems with my left wrist as well, although not as serious as yours. i messed it up one time in high school and now the injury keeps coming back annually. i havent been able to lift weights for the past two months, but it seems to be getting better. there were times when i had to stop doing stuff to let the wrist recover, but i dont think it has ever taken this long. be prepared for a life of your wrist being permanently fukked up.

That must have been a vigorous bout of jerkin off.

;p

Anyway...

I don't have an answer for you but perhaps wrist straps might help?

What happened anyway?

Perhaps you should look into bodyweight exercises. A good place to start is Mattfurey.com.

I was hitting pads and my wrist messed up for 6 months. It has strengthened but still gives me trouble.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

How the HELL you were able to shatter your wrist then if you train all the time (and you should know by then how to keep your fist SOLID)! ain't that a ironic comment.

no dumb dumb, I never said I "shattered" my wrist. I jus did a hairline fracture, my fist was fine, it was just on the 8th right hock, I caught the pad on a bad angle. Stop trying to be clever, it doesnt suite you.

Pardon me I confused the original topic with you.
But there's absolutely no need to start insulting me.
Sorry if my post insulted you in any way because of my mistake. It was just intended to be funny and I was trying to get information!

All I wanted to know is how you managed to "mess up" you wrist so I wouldn't do it next time I go hitting the bag.

You don't have to go all assh0le about your "being clever" comments. I'd like you to back that up.

Cheers!
