You need to be FUN. And balance that with masculine intent. If you're tall and good looking but you're having a crappy time with a crappy attitude, women will NOT want to interact with you. They will look THROUGH you.
Men and women need to f*cking learn that what attracts them to the opposite sex, won't attract the opposite sex. Two of the biggest examples:
Girls don't place as much importance on how a guy looks compared to it being the primary factor men are interested in women for.
Men don't care about how many friends a woman has, as opposed to it is attractive to a woman when a man has a good social circle. This is why women don't understand why a guy doesn't care about her little hen circle of friends that cluck about vapid sh*t. Most guys don't know that women look carefully at a guy's friends, since they guy and his friends fall within a heirarchy against other groups of guys. Think high school, the social value between a guy in the football team vs. the neckbeard gamer kids.
Lastly, BEING JAMES BOND DOES NOT WORK. NOT EVEN FOR JAMES BOND; HE'S NOT F*CKING REAL, AND THE MOVIES ARE PURE FANTASY. STOP MODELING YOUR LIFE AFTER A FANTASY. < read this one thousand f*cking times.
Be FUN. FUN is what keeps a girl's short attention span on YOU. This is why the ugly short guy can get the girls among a sea of male models; he's engaging her and keeping her attention on HIM, while the good looking guys sulk around and literately BLEND IN LIKE HOUSE PLANTS. Now, you can whine like a little b*tch about iPhone culture and short attention spans and how girls are stupid and complain about how they SHOULD be... or you can adapt and sleep with these girls. Trust me, if you're any good they'll put the iPhone away and pay attention to you.
Imagine being in a room with PICTURES of super hot girls on the walls, and then having a mediocre woman naked in a bed in that room. What's going to take up the bulk of your attention, pretty boy?
