Help deciphering housing ad.

Ok, I'm looking to rent a place and came across an ad for a home which is as follows:

"3/1/1, CH/A, NO PETS, 2918 W. Collin, $650 mo. + $350 dep."

What's confuddling me is the 3/1/1. I know the it's three bedrooms, 1 bath, but what is the last 1 signifying? I know it's something so simple, but it's escaping me right now. :cuss:
