“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was never good at cooking eggs so I didn't like eating them. My mom bought me a pan specifically for cooking eggs. It is about 5 inches in diameter.

I poured EV Olive Oil in the pan enought to line the bottom and heated the oil. I cracked a couple eggs into the pan and let it cook on low for about 5-10minutes. Once it was done i sprinkled some Lawry's salt on top and ate. It was delicious. But I know olive oil is loaded with fat. Is this a healthy way to cook eggs.

I aint got a clue about food and stuff, so my question is does scrambled eggs still have the nutrional value as say boiled eggs? As in do i still get the same amount of protein given its all scrambled up. I don't like the taste of egg white, so it's the only way i eat eggs.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I fry all my eggs in butter. I used to use olive oil but I think they taste better with butter.

Stupid advice, eat all the egg. You need the yolk too. Pointless and wasteful to leave it out.

Crack them into a poacher (a thing that'll boil them without the shell and keep form)

Raw and eat all the egg. Olive is great for you. Check the vault and do research on Omega fats

This is sad...

We've been saying for years now on this board that fats are good for you... That you should eat the egg yolks... That Extra Virgin olive oil is one of the better oils out there to use.

Do some research for yourself guys, this "its loaded with fats so its bad" mentality is going to start getting posts deleted and threads locked on this board. I won't have ignorant and downright wrong advice being given here.

There are plenty of resources just two mouse clicks away that talk in-depth about dietary fats and their pros/cons.

Do some research and don't ask elementary questions .

Thanks very much for that link, Quiksilver. Someone copied and pasted it at Ironaddicts.com, but the copy and paste job wasn't very easy on the eyes and I think they forgot to list the source.

You got it all wrong.

Food cannot be healthy. A diet can be healthy, a single food cannot be healthy or unhealthy. Its just a pile of nutrients. What amounts and mixes you eat the food with determines if its healthy for you or not in the end.

all cooked eggs of the same size have the same nutritional value, no matter how they are cooked.

however, eggs are packed with nutrients, and the fat that you fry scrambled eggs in can't hurt their absorption. against that, you probably leave behind a little bit of egg in the pan when you scramble them. but don't overthink it -- eat 'em in whatever fashion you can enjoy them.

BTW, bud>> sounds like a perfect pan for the job
