Currently growing my hair a bit, that is if I don't keep on getting asked for ID everywhere I go (makes me look 2 years younger). My hair is dark brown, but pretty dull & lacking body. I use shampoo & conditioner (recently), but it's still looking a bit dead. What sort of stuff should I use on it to give it a healthier look?

Hair Care For Men

Too much shampoo is harmful for youur hair.
Shampoo your hair 2 or three times max in a week.
The rest of the days wash your hair.
This will make your hair look tight.

Now on to conditioning. Condition that hair every day.
Get a salon hair conditioner. Ask your hair stylist or hair cutter dude what they recommend for your hair. Also, change conditioners about every month and a half. Your hair will adapt to the conditioner so changing it will counteract this small obstacle.

Supplementing with Biotin can help. I've also heard that MSM is good for the hair. (3-4 grams per day)
