“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I live on 2% milk. When I'm bulking I drink upwards of 6 cups a day, plus at least 2 or 3 more if I have a before-bed protein shake.

I agree it's not the most healthy, and certainly not good if you're trying to cut, but for an easy source of calories and protein... god I love it.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This is very informative. I dont agree, I dont agree from the standpoint that regardless of what medical or scientifical data Im shown I believe the effects are different from person to person.
This is because of our gene structure. If your going to get lung cancer - its already written in your genes and going to get it whether you smoke or not. Smoking just speeds up the process so say if you were to get lung cancer at the age of 170, (if you ever live that long) then you would get it at age 55 instead from smoking. If its NOT written in your genes, then you could smoke 9 packs a day and never get lung cancer.

You guys should also eat some things fattening and sweet occasionally. If you never do then your immune system will never know how to handle it.

For several years now, several studies have shown that a glass of red wine every day is good for your heart.

Look most anything in MODERATION is ok.
