I am pursuring a career that involves sitting in an office all day...I am concerned that being in an office all the time will deteriorate my health. Do you get a big butt if your sitting down all the time? And do you not burn as many calories as you would if you had a job standing up and moving all the time? This kind of bothers me because I do not want to get a big fat computer butt. How do you maintain a healthy lifestyle when you work in an office? Thanks for any advice.
