“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I JUST had this same thing happen to me

it was on the leg press. it was at the back of my head and it hurt

definately go to the doc. try stretching out really well and make sure your back is well aligned.

if your doc says something can you let me know? i want to get to the doc too but i dont know when i can

its probably nothing serious, usually isnt, but i would advise not doing anything that would cause the headaches, including heavy lifting and sex

Funny you put those two things in the same catagory :D I suggest that if you somehow have these two things next to each other in your mind, that you get your girlfriend on weight watchers :p

LOL Heizen :) - i think i might have mis-spoke. i was thinking more like things that would cause a buildup or stress/tension/pressure something like that :D

Anyway I've talked to a physical therapist, a personal trainer/massage therapist, and made a call to the doc

all said that i should be fine. the p therapist suggestion it might have been some sort of muscle spasm, the pt/m therapist suggested a slight misalignment in the back that might cause a buildup of pressure which to me sounds equally or more plausable, and the doc just said unless i start losing conciousness i should be fine...just to use discretion in my actions.

i still wake up with headaches, and my lower back and and neck are still a little sensitive, but i think thats because of my mattress here at home, not or not entirely the result of that workout.

i dont know how much of this applies to you, and of course does not take tha place of medical advice from a professional who is aware of your specific circumstance, but i hope it helps a bit at least :)

happy holidays!
