“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Howdy folks,

since I started the 100 pushup challenge last week, I've been getting strong headaches during the pushup sessions (not necessarily when doing other kinds of workout).

I am starting to feel intense pain already in my first set. It feels like when you eat too much ice cream too quickly, except that it sometimes lasts for hours.
I've never had much headaches in my life, so I'm kind of worried right now.

What could trigger this? How can I prevent it?
It's freaking hot at the moment, but I'm doing the pushups in a cold basement. Maybe I'm not doing enough warm-up? Temperature shock?

P.S.: eating raw/dried chili peppers greatly eases headache pains, try it! If you can handle it, that is ;)

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Make sure to do a good warm up, and makesure you are breathing properly.

Inhale at the top, and exhale as you press from the floor.

it's definitely breathing. I had the same issue when i started squatting and benching.. I found out i was holding my breath through the entire lift.. when i learned to breathe as quag pointed out, it went away

might just be because you've got a bug at the moment or something or have you hit your head recently? it should go away after a week or so (of no press-ups). if it doesn't go see a doctor because you could be injured or it could be more serious. let's hope not.

i got concussed during a rugby game and every time i tried a press up for a while after it reaaaaaally hurt. so give it time

Thanks for the tips!
I paid special attention to my breathing today, and the headache isn't nearly as bad as before.

Should I pause at the top to inhale, or can I inhale while going down?
Because faster pushups = more pushups (although it's kind of silly) ;)

If you are comfotable doing it. It is a press up, not a 300lb bench.

I did pullups today, felt good, when suddenly on the 8th rep the pain exploded inside my head.
I was breathing properly and warmed up... never had that before.

I haven't been concussed (not that I know of), but now I'm taking a break for a week or two... mhm.

P.S.: thank god for those chili peppers, they really work miracles.

You don't listen to your own body, do you? Stop what you're doing and wait a week before doing any further exercises, and when you do it again and if the pain is there you should probably talk to a professional about what you're doing.

So i did, and today's session went great.
I also pay much more attention to breathing right now, and I perform way better. Thanks for your input everyone!

Okay, Headaches are back. Note to self: No pushups directly after cardio... just fyi: good form and proper breathing.
Went to the Doc and I'm taking a LOOONG break (4-6 weeks).

Are there any "low-intensity" exercises I could do to prevent losing too much muscle - can you recommend something?
