Yeah, Spider got it right.
With hoes and prostitutes, avoid all contact of mucous membranes... t.e. no kissing, no BJ without rubber, no cuni. The likelihood of contracting tripper for instance is about 100% when f0cking an infected hoe without protection. And there´s lots of other ugly stuff out there that won´t kill you but it highly infectious. HIV is not very infectious, but will kill you... so don´t risk it.

And yeah, getting a BJ in a rubber can be as good, it all depends on the girl´s technique.
