HB7 20 years old ask her out

Hello, I met this 20 years old chick fives days ago during my salsa lessons.
I initiated the conversation and after some minutes she introduced herself, asked my name, and asked how old I was.
After a bit I told her that we we're going to do a salsa dinner all the ppl, and that she should join.
She agreed and I took her number.


Well, all the group went to this dinner party. I got bad luck and since this chick came a bit late, she sat a bit far from me, but we managed to talk and laugh a bit. There was this guy sitting next to her hitting on her, and she was receptive.
At the end, we had shots. This girl drank a lot of beer really, and after she took the shot I said:
me: you drink a lot for being so small. I dont think your mom taught you that huh?
her: well no, but my mother teached me to swallow...
Then she told me that she's the 'black sheep' of her family, etc, etc...lol

After dinner, we all went to dance salsa, and once we were in the club, this chick dissapeared, I did not see her again during the night.
Today, I texted her and she said that after she got in the club, she lost us, she tried to find us but failed (strange because its not a big place) so she was all night with two guy friends. (maybe making out with this dude that was sitting next to her during dinner?)
After some texts, I asked her out for a beer next Wednesday, here's the convo:
me: hey XX, I'll get you a drink next Wednesday if you sing something for me (she's amateur singer, and she told me during the dinner that she would sing something for me afterwards)
her: this Wednesday? I have a meeting Wednesday's evening.
me: boyscouts meeting?
her: hahaha noo, I have a band meeting to arrange some clips and stuff.
me: oh, good, I imagined you with glasses, a box of cookies and an scottish skirt...
her: omg, noooo, hahaha

So what do I do next? there are these options:
a) ask her to go get a drink after she finishes, at around 21:30.
b) ask her out some other day.
c) do nothing and wait to see if she suggests to meet.

If the club isn't that big then she's full of **** when she said that she tried finding you. Her texts don't really seem very receptive though. I like how you text her with witty one liners.

she came late, so when she arrived there was just one free chair, so she sat there. SHe was two positions away from me.

I think she may have made out with this dude from the restaurant who was sitting next to her, and as I said she looked very receptive.

Sooo...which option you think I should take?
She seemed receptive to me till she met this other dude, this is what my gut tells me but anyway, Im cooler and I wanna bang her.
