Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Shi*, i havent been in the gym in almost a month. Ive notice that ive lost some muscle...Im signing up for a new membership at this gym. How light should i start? for example, before i was doing 3 sets with 50's of military press... how much weight should i deduct since i was absent from working out for so long?

I suggest working out at 70-80% the intensity of what you are used to working out....so if you use 50's...try 40s or even 35s...the first workout after a month off should be light...to break your body in...you should not go all out...or you will be terribly sore...and might injure yourself....always make sure to warm up and stretch too...
