70,000 new women per year advertize there, every last one wants to come to the US and about half are good looking, 1/4 are outright beautiful, at least half have no kids. Almost all of the 100+ that I chatted with (one month of membership there) agreed to learn to drive a big truck, work 70 hour weeks for 40k a year. If you drive like that (1 day off every 8 days) you can gross 160k a year, on top of fuel, tires, insurance, licenses, normal maintenance. Minus her 40k you gross 110k a year (or so) If you know enough to become a corporation, you don't pay that 15% Social Securtiy for the self employed, so you clear 75k a year.

Every 60k, you can put another truck (and team of 3rd worlders) on the road and every truck will clear you about 40k a year. Why settle for some ignorant, lazy, arrogant, common looking US woman, when you can have one that can help you RETIRE in 4-5 years, hmm? SHE can run the trucking biz after that, you play golf. you and she can quit driving after 2-3 years. If she divorces you in less than 5 years, she gets deported. So she minds her p's and q's for that long, you betcha! After that, you can simply get another one just like her, millions of them want to get here.

ah, since a lot of the hauls are cross country, there is little likelihood that she will not have a co-driver. There is this thing called a "Glock", that will kill you stone dead, even if it is a little girl pullling the trigger, or so I have heard? I think that repeating handguns have been around since about 1850, maybe you have heard of them?

Also, nobody is going to put a big rig, costing 100k or more, and a load that might be worth as much more, in the hands of someone who is unlicensed, surely? The school for getting your 18 wheeler license takes about a month to get through, guys and costs about 5k, I believe?

I think that your ignorance about "long haul" trucking in particular (and women in general) is showing. At both ends of long runs, they have workers to load, unload the trucks. There are a few women I've seen who could kick your ass, with one hand tied behind them. The guy didn't say anything about letting just ANY woman drive the trucks for him, right? If I were he, I would not be spending 5k to train her, and another 5k (probably) to get her here, unless she was a proven "bad-mama".

No doubt a few could. "Few" being the key word. And how many of those few are foreign women?

In my province as of 2006, women only make up about 3% of all drivers.

That is irrelevent because making sure the load is secure is the responsibility of the driver and not the workers unloading/loading the shipment.

His only requirement was that the women aren't fat, lazy, selfish American women. That doesn't automatically make for an amazing long haul driver now does it?

Oh and there are 5 long haul truckers in my family who have been doing this for decades. They can't carry a gun because they go across the border, and more often than not, they have to do runs on their own.

You really want to put a 100k truck and a load worth that much or more in the hands of someone who has potentially ZERO driving experience in their own country? You think a whole month is going to turn them into a great driver?

All women everywhere in the world are the same, the best job they can do is taking care of people. Like a nurse or a house wife, I think your asking for it if you force a women to be a truck driver.

The only possible way for your scenario to work is with direct supervision, you would have to be beside her all the time. After a few months then you can start working on the second one.

My Dad was an OTR Driver for about 15-16 years, he's been to 49 states, Canda and Mexico. It's a tough job I must say. And in the 15-16 years he did it I saw him for a combined time of about 6-7 years. (I would see him about once every 5-6 months, sometimes he'd be home for about a week or so. But he and my mom are divorced, and now he does Local Driving. And he spins plates and fuks a lot of women now...)

Lol, I didn't mean to get a bit off-topic, but OTR driving is a pretty tough profession, and I think maybe a few Eastern European women could do it...but come on, I'm retty sure a typical one couldnt. Due to culture Shock, complexity of road maps and political maps.
