Master Don Juan
If so what was your experience while on said diet?
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
How long were ya on it?I-tallionStallion said:Extreme tiredness...i couldn't stick on it lol.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Yeah I read that. Good stuff.I-tallionStallion said:about a week and a half. That link that quag gave you is what i read before i tried
Are you still on the anabolic diet, if not how long were you on it for? How long did it take you to get 'fat adapted', ie when did the tiredness go away?wolf116 said:I've been on both diets and absolutely love them, I have more energy and my abs come through.
Downside is the couch crashing after a carb up. And trying to eat your fruit and veggies.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
I'm not on it anymore because of money issues but I was on the anabolic for about 4 months then went to a Warboss Alex T-dwag variation for 2 months.JohnnyIrish said:Are you still on the anabolic diet, if not how long were you on it for? They both burn fat in different ways.guayaballer said:does HIIT burn fat faster then the anabolic diet or vice versa? maybe even a combination of both?
Interesting.. do you have a link?eldafar said:Stronglifts says combining HIIT with anabolic is not a good idea. HIIT eats up your GI stores like crazy, and since you're pretty much out of GI by mid week you're gonna go catabolic if you do HIIT.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
