any serious home gym equipment store should carry (or at least be able to help you order) such a rack. they can also help guide you through the various possibilities. there's a whole bunch of different price points out there, mostly relating to the complexity of the rack and build-quality. i would shop around online to get some ideas, but then buy in person, if only b/c shipping dominates the cost of such bulky equipment. but if you go in w/o knowing what you're really looking for, they could very well sell you something you don't need / can't use / won't serve the functions you're really looking for.

nearly any rack can be used with a bench, if you're willing to fiddle with it sufficiently to slide the bench into place. I would buy them as separate pieces.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
