Has the definition of "petite" grown to include chunky?

I was reading this article referring to Hayden Panettiere as "petite", but she sure seems to be chunky by my eyes:

Has the Matriarchy gotten this word, which used to mean a small, NON-CHUNKY woman, to be used for chunky women, thereby destroying the meaning?

I see petite as more of a tall/short thing. Can fat women be petite? I guess but that doesn’t make them cute

Petite means small framed, thin, etc.

When someone like this gets called 'petite' you can rest assured the author who wrote the story is as big as a house.
