"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Has anyone tried unflavored, unsweetened whey?

You hear lots of shyt about artificial sweeteners. Even if you don't die from them, why swallow this chemical stuff if you don't have to. I want to eat as natural as possible, but still take whey protein.
So I gonna try a unsweetened, unflavoured whey for the first time. Found one on the net. The thing is, youl have to order quite a big amount because the shipping costs are high. So it's important that I am able to consume it after it is opened.
So the question is, what does pure whey isolate taste like, is it neutral or is it nasty? I can go with with a little uncomfortable taste on my tongue, but if it's really disgusting and you have to force every shake down your throat, that's a different story.
Experiences?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Got mine from trueprotein.com. I love the taste, but I imagine there will be people who don't.

Good to hear... It is hard to find something without flavour in the stores, so I wondered if the natural taste of whey is just so bad. But its problably that people simply consume and therefore buy more if it has a really pleasant taste.

It tastes like crap, very slightly like vanilla.
Put it with juice.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I can't even imagine its taste. Heck I tried flavored whey in water once and had to force the whole thing go down. Flavored whey in milk with pb ftw :D

I get Trueprotein's whey concentrate with "vanilla" flavoring. The free flavoring doesn't really do much in my opinion, while it tastes real smooth it has very little flavor (similar to drinking water) but I like that though.
