Has anyone tried subliminal tapes or hemi-sync?

I've been messing around with hemi-sync tapes paraliminal and subliminal tapes for a whil does anyone here listen to them or know any good sources?

paraliminals (learningstrategies.com) are pretty good, I've used them for several years

check out xtrememind.com, they got some good ones as well.

also check out software called neuroprogrammer, from transparentcorp.com

it's about fifty bucks and you can build your own for whatever purpose you want, and record your own subliminals/affirmations whatever. Burnable to mp3 or CD for use whenever. Probably the best bang for your buck. You can hypnotize yourself into a natural player in no time.

How I did mine was recorded myself saying positive, upbuilding statements. Then I mixed my speech track with some instrumental music. I mixed it just low enough that I couldn't hear it over the music, but of course it's still there.
