Has anyone noticed that the #MeToo "predators" are all ugly?

The guy pictured here looks like a turtle, and indeed any of the big names look the same, with "Harv" Weinstein being especially ugly. It's almost as if the Chads are either not predating, or the victims are not complaining about it.
