Huh? I thought Melatonin was supplements for sleeping? I take it when I can't sleep.
There is a lot of misinformation in this thread.
MELATONIN is what determines our sleep cycle. Star Fvcks 64 is talking about this. Has nothing to do with skin color or pigment in humans.

All 3 of you are talking about very different substances with similar sounding names. In biology you can have molecules that have very different sounding names, you can't just start mixing and matching what they do.
