"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I became a drunk/jerk/loser for a period of time. I don't really have a comeback story, I just stopped making an a$$ out of myself. Has anyone else gone through something similar?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Big Time.

I got dumped many years ago (in rather ****ed up circumstances), began drinking and smoking. I quit my job and sat around unemployed.

Eventually my best mate snapped me out of my malaise. made me move in with him and get another job.

But I was so cut by that girl and bitter I could not attract another. I started to resent my very friend who was helping me coz he was ****ing a different chick every night.

Eventually a trip overseas and some truly terrfying **** that put things in perspective snapped me out of it.

But yeah, I've been absolutely floored by a woman.

i was in a 3 yr relationship, so obviously it was a oneitis. Ive never cheated on a girl and never will thats just not me. But i have no problem dating and banging multiple girls when im not "taken".
We broke up, and it got pretty bad. I started drinking alot, and lost a lot of my confidence. I tried approaching a few girls, and realized i lost a lot of my game over the 3 years i was with her, as she turned me somewhat back to my highschool afc days. So finally, i hit the gym, and lost a bunch of weight. Seeing myself in the mirror, and seeing the scale show lighter and lighter week by week, started to boost my confidence. I started reading on here again, and started drinking less. Now almost 5 months later ive lost 32 lbs, and can approach practically any girl and get her number. Now im dating 4 girls, 2 of them 7's, 1 and 8, and one what i consider a 9.5 I swear to god, shes just a little flaky, but shes young. At one point i was talking to 11 girls, but ive nexted a shlt ton of them here lately. Whats funny is the ones i havent talked to in a few weeks start calling again. Its crazy. Im out with one girl and the phone starts ringing. And we all know what that does
Im finally where i want to be, im having more fun right now than i ever have in my life. I look my best, and getting even better every day, i feel great and im loving my life.
Funny thing is, i saw my ex a few days ago (havent seen her or talked to her in 6 weeks). She left me for some short fat guy. Beats me why, only thing i know is that shes fu*king crazy. So she saw how i changed, and literally got pissed off. Not my problem anymore. I think its hilarious.
