Don't use a pump because chances are high that it'll permanently damage you. The combination of L-Arginine and Pycnogenol taken together daily (on an empty stomach) works great, you'll see a big difference after a couple of weeks. Getting a harder erection? I'm not sure but, I think I read where it is the amount of blood flow to your penis that makes it harder. Surf the internet theres plenty on information there.
