Honestly, I think a lot of people feel like they'll never lose weight, so they might as well accept their body for what it is and be happy. I remember one post about some guy standing in line at the supermarket and some fat chick started talking about how disgusting thin girls are and said that "He wanted a woman with some meat on her bones, right?!"
