"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I believe that your confidence and personality flows from your happiness inside, sure you can force an outgoing happy personality get good results and thus make you happy on the inside, but this is reliant on external factors.

If you can make your self happy on the inside then you should be happy no matter what happens, thus external factors do not effect your internal state giving you confidence as you know whatever the outcome then you will still be going away happy. Some people rely on outcome of the event to effect there happiness, and if that goes badly then it makes them worse. That’s why people fear rejection so much as it will effect there internal state so dramatically. Kind of like kicking you when your down.

If you try to mask your internal state, I.e. fake it till you make it, then it will be quite easy for the person to see what’s going on underneath ….unless you are a damn fine actor, and this could be the reason that people don’t get the results they should for the effort they put in.

I think that being happy on the inside is that ultimate inner game tactics, forget trying to be the man or alpha male and just focus on making your self happy on the inside, everything else will flow from that and make you more desirable. Being happy on the inside will affect you externally a lot without you even trying, you voice will sound better and louder, you will carry yourself better, smile more, your wit will be sharper and faster, you will find your self naturally kinoing people more, you won’t care what they think of you as no matter happens you will remain happy, people are more drawn towards you and you are drawn to more people, its easier to listen to people and have conversations with them.

How to get in a happy state? I find doing regular cardio helps a lot, I used to avoid cardio because of weight lifting (this is a separate issue), but I find its makes me feel so good for days afterwards that’s its definitely worth doing. Get plenty of sleep and eat well….just generally looking after yourself should work.

Of course you don’t want to be so happy that you simply don’t care about anything, if you can make your self happy sitting in your room rocking back and forth all day then great! But don’t do it, get out there and project your happiness on other people and always have that drive to be successful in whatever you do, being happy before you take action will make that road to success a lot easier, don’t rely on success to make you happy.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Spot on! This is absolutely essential thinking and your happiness (or contentment) should be your primary goal.

I can add that during all my successful dates and relationships I was in a fun and laidback state of mind, and our time together was enjoyable. I can look back and smile at these experiences. The unsuccessful ones were strained, awkward and I was in a stressed out state of mind.

Good post!

I read somewhere the other day that: MEN ARE THE SHORELINE, ROCKS AND WOMEN ARE THE SEA, FOREVER TURBULENT. THE ROCKS PREVENT THE SEA FROM CRASHING ONTO THE LAND ALLOWING THE SEA TO DO IT'S THING UNHINDERED. Let them be emotional, just make sure you are firm and in control, a natural by-product of being centred and happy in yourself. True temperance is not allowing anything external to affect you internally. Once you are affected internally it shows itself externally and therefore affecting how to come across to others. As PlasticSurgeon said above "stability in mood" is crucial and he's right. Be a rock.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Yeah HAPPINESS is where it all starts. You have to have that within yourself or the rest of the stuff is going to be futile.

When you are Happy and content with yourself (to a degree at least) women will notice that.
