"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I've had nothing but crap women for a while... I'm at the point where I feel sex isn't even worth the hassle of putting up with bs.

I'm going to try to work out whatever it is in me that is pulling this rotten apples from the basket.

Frustrating.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Danger = WIN!

The power of indifference is huge.....

The more you improve yourself....

The less you care about chicks...

The more they seem to just fall into your lap...

It's like they have a sixth sense for desperation....

And a natural homing beacon for guys who don't care and are working on bettering themselves...

Centered (focused) self + Indifference = Confidence (strong inner game)

This ain't rocket science guys......

Over and Out.

There is something to it guys... very true. I have never had this I don't give a blank feeling so deep in my core.

I'm just not interested in the game anymore. I am excited to get my life and world in order and don't want the distraction anymore. Thanks

Once you get your life in order, the game becomes quite fun.

QFT.

it helped me WONDERS dude.

I stopped chasing women for a while. 2 months hit the gym HARD, ate GOOD, lost 26lbs, became stronger, faster, more confident. Got a job, Moved out. Got the girl.

Do it.

Getting women is like anything else.

Never put so much into it without getting a decent return out of it.

From my experience, it often helps to simply focus on yourself.

After a while, you realise, chasing women for s*x is simply a waste of your life's purpose. Instead, be the best man you can be, for yourself and no one else!

I fully support and agree with this line of thought. I've been trying to implement it for some time now. Here's my big question though...

How exactly do you put women out of your mind completely?

Since my divorce I haven't been able to pull ANY women. The odd "dates" I've been on here and there have all ended with no interest on either side of the table, and pretty much all women I approach, in person or online, take no interest in me. I haven't had sex in over a year now, which was the last time me and my ex-wife got it on. I've tried many different techniques and approaches and worked on my game, I've tried spinning plates, and talking to women is very easy for me, but no matter what I do NO women take interest. Having a good physique, being decent looking, and dressing nicely haven't helped me either.

It's as if I was cursed.

Therefore, I've wanted to just focus on improving myself and have been doing that, but for the life of me I just CAN'T get the desire of having a woman in my life out of my head. I try to forget about it, try to focus on the other things, but it's only a matter of time before I start getting depressed about having no women/no sex/no companionship in my life again.

It doesn't help that couples and sex are in my face everywhere I go and with everything I do... going out, online, on TV, at the store, here, there, everywhere. And it certainly doesn't help seeing everyone here and on other forums going on about how easy it is to get laid nowadays because of how slutty women are, and womens' sluttiness has resulted in "more benefits for guys". I sure as hell haven't gotten any of these damn benefits, I'll say that much... lol.

What can I do to put women out of my head completely? The desire for female companionship is overpowering within me, always has been, and I can't figure out how to tame that beast. Until I can do that, it will always be putting a damper on my efforts of self-improvement.

E - I too have that desire, but few bad relatuonships post-divorce have put that at bay for me. I'm honestly sick of the garbage I seem to attract. These aren't trashy women either... professional, seemgly together, but emotional misfits.

I think in your case you should keep dating, keep trying while you work on yourself. Maybe you'll find someone, or maybe you too will get tired enough that the beast no longer stirs.

I took a break from women at one point altogether. Not enough emphasis has been placed on this imo. There is nothing wrong with doing it, gives you some time to take a step back and reflect on yourself a bit and gives you an entirely new perspective on things. This is a good thing. If you do it for awhile, you may just realize that the world does not revolve around women. Too many men place getting women before themselves. It should be the other way around! This is why they have periods in sports such as football and hockey. So that the players might take a break from the "game".

I'm on a break right now myself. I'm working on my career, finances and getting shape. Since I'm practically working 15-16 hrs a day 5-6 days a week I just don't have time for women. I like to come here and read to keep my head on straight for when I do meet one.

Actually since I have been so busy, I have met 3 women in the last two months. I just have not had the time to capitalize on any of those opportunities.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
