"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

ok this may sound stupid, but, anyway..!

i dumped my GF some months ago but never fully break up with her. We've been going back and forth these time.. she's dated other guys, etc...

i used to be a full class AFC (as you would tell) before I was with her (a 3 year relationship), now i think I got a little better... though..

i've been able to hold my ground (sort of) with other girls since then... walking away when they flake, being C&F or whatever you guys say here in the forum...

but with this girl, well... i don't understand why is hard, even more since I dumped her... it's like "the love of my life" stuff, but I know in my mind that's bs.... so.. what the hell..!

does any of this make any sense??

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

It makes emotional sense. It doesn't make reasonable sense.

You still feel for her. But in reality she is not with you anymore.

Usually when a breakup happens, I give about 3-4 months to get back, then let give a permanent good-bye. I just remember all that bad ways she treated me such as becoming quiet or criticizing me on the last few days of a relationship.

I agree.

I think almost ever guy has that one girl that they were AFC for - fell for/invested emotional time with - that they are hung up on.

This girl is yours.

In time she will become less and less - although probably will never go away.

Welcome to the big leagues.

Usually after ONE gf a guy obsesses over.. becomes AFC - he shouldn't be an AFC to the next girl or he doesn't take relationships that emotionally.

That is why most girls actually prefer a guy that has had a relationship with more than one or a couple girls cause believe it or not - a guy becomes more normal in each relationship.. but it's vice versa for girls - they become more insecure, crazy, and controlling because they know they are aging more and more.

and that's why older men avoid women who are over 30 because women are at the crazy stage where they've dated too many guys and women are super desperate, crazy, and pessemistic to boot!
