Just had a 2nd date with a chick last night who is really inexperienced yet not shy. I know the two aren't synonymous, but she's definitely got an interesting personality. Outspoken (says whatever she wants whenever), dominant acting but willing to be led, very not awkward. She's had 1 bf short term and is extremely sexually inexperienced.
Met her at a bar. We made out, exchanged numbers, went separate ways. She hit ME up the next morning. I played it super cool; kept the texting exchange short and light-hearted; putting off the "i'm interested but busy" vibe, which is true anyways.
Got a first date: i chose a day and she made her self available. Met for drinks which turned into 3 hours of talking. Very candid conversation, almost too deep of convo for first date. She hugs me when we split ways and she texted me she had a good time with emoticons shortly after. Nailed it.
4 days later I line up a second date: I set up and she agrees right away again. Pick her up, get dinner. She'd never been to the place I set up for us and loved it. Go grab a drink at a bar nextdoor before leaving. Again, good and light convo: we both remember a lot from the first date about eachother, I'm teasing her playfully, etc.
Hop in my ride and I take her home. She hops out quickly and thanks me for dinner/drinks. Def wasn't trying to get physical at that moment. Normally after a 2nd date, I expect a kiss at least. Instead, the act of dropping her off was definitely weird to her because she hopped out as soon as I pulled up. I think these situations are just strange to her, and no matter how cool I am, she's gonna be weird at certain benchmarks.
Next steps? I'm not used to a girl who is so aggressive in conversation yet shy and inexperienced physically. It's almost like she acts like a dude half the time and a woman the other half. She still listens when I lead which is necessary. Also, I noticed she mirrors my texting. If I'm joking around, she's lathers her texts with emoticons, if I'm chill (short, more direct), she acts just as chill and hasn't made a habit of chasing me at all.
What do I do with this awkwardly not awkward chick?
