“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What's the difference between a hammer curl and a regular dumbell curl, muscle wise? I know the different techniques, just wondering 'cos I heard one increases bicep width and another makes it go up? Not very technical I know, haha.

Cheers.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Hammer curl considered more of a brachialis/forearm exercise, dumbbell curl hits both heads. Personally these are my two favourite bicep/forearm exercises. People should do both.

What about Preacher curls? Are those the ones where it looks like your praying? ie the position of your arms when bringing the dumbells up?? Are they any good?

Cheers

Sarge On...
yep, preacher curls, also called scott curls, can be done with dbs or a straight/ez bar as you prefer. there's usually a special preacher station for them.

basically any curl is good because the biceps don't really need much stimulus after you've done your deads/rows/chins/etc. Anything that's progressive will work: db curls, straight bar curls, preacher curls, ez curls, drag curls, spider curls, cable curls, whatever. even concentration curls if you go heavy enough.

Thanks for the answers guys. =)

I HATE incline DB curls with a passion, did them at my mates house the other night for the first time. I just find the movement a bit awkward and it feels wrong... dunno, I won't be doing it.

Preacher curls are excellent. My personal choice is DB curls though. There is more flexibility and I find more range of motion, which is a big thing when trying to put on some mass.
