jIf most of your hair is gone, my understanding is that thedoctors "stretch' your scalp up, by putting in a prosthesis that makes you look like a conehead on Saturday night live. so you have to vanish from society for months. then they remove the "excesss" scalp, and suture together what is left.then the "plugs of hair bearing skin from the sides of your head are moved to the top of your head. in USA, we are talking 10K+ $ here, bud.

a weaver or "rug", if well done, is several thousand $ too, but may be a more realistic fix for you. Many just shave or buzzcut their head and let it go at that. I do this and never give it a thought.

kinda thinning tooo:cry: but i keep it really short with a fade cant even tell. luckily im not going bald its just my horrible diet, telogen effluvium is what i have its been getting better..... i feel you bro:up:
