He's trying to say what most black folks already know. Lighter skinned black women are perceived as having more value than their ebony sisters. I think the same applies to really dark dudes. It sounds fuct up but its true, black people discriminate against each other for being different shades.

Of course the whole premise of using blacks in that skit is dumb. It still works no matter what race you put, this is a decidedly american negotiation.
