"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok this is kind of long.. sorry about that didnt mean to make it so long, anyways I havent really done any sarging in the last year.. been out of the game for reasons explained below. This post is rather long and a little off topic in the beginning.. this was this past Wed. and I've been out sarging both nights since then(without the use of mushrooms - which by the way I may seem to glorify but its something I hadn't done in about a year and a half and don't plan to do anytime soon again). I will update this post later with the events of the past two nights(and try not to make them so long) as they are more exciting than this report. Also I will be recording all my sarges / women interactions here: http://luxberry.livejournal.com

I sat on the couch in a daze, unable to move or speak. The eight foot poster of a female Express model staring back at me, taunting me, seducing me. I didn't have a single thought in my ADD infested head, quite unusual for an attention whoring only child such as myself. The only sensation in my body or mind was the increasing sense of urgency the mushrooms had started to cause, yep they were taking me under. Not much you can do now but hold on tight and hope for the best. A quiet night staring at my wall would never be so fun or would it?

"Cmon let's do something, go somewhere, anything." ****. My roomate wanted to go out. I looked right through him with x-ray vision. "I'll go out by myself if you don't want to come. Wouldn't it be more fun not sitting here anyways?" Here I was teetering on the brink of insanity and this man wanted to go drink Jack and Coke, did he not understand? Was he 'the man' out to get me? No.. he was bored. I could hardly blame him, five nights out of the week were spent him watching me smoke blunts and reading fitness websites. Go out alone he says.. no I can't let him do that, what the hell did he want to do anyways? It didn't matter I felt like a walk anyways.

Let me tell you about where I live, downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. Never been to Scottsdale? Think fake tits, $11 Red Bull and Vodkas, $14 an hour millionaires leasing Lexus' and BMW's, and you get the idea. Think of a scaled down wannabe LA with a complete lack of style. Living in the heart of the city had many benefits. Within a mile from my apartment were dozens of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs that were packed most nights to the brim. Pulling ass from these hot spots was harder than Little Luxberry around 7 a.m. every morning. I had lived here for four years - mind you not in the same apartment, but in the Scottsdale area. I had been to those clubs, I knew the people there, if not their exact name I had met a dozen people just like them. Girls with fake blonde hair and Seven jeans, guys with button down shirts and Seven jeans. I had done it all before, I was tired.

My roomate, Samoan, on the other hand had only lived here six months. I had taken him out a few times of course but he wanted more and for good reason too. Scottsdale is home to some of the hottest women I have ever met, but I wondered did I belong here? Did Samoan? In the four years I had been here I've racked up a somewhat impressive score. A girl who was named a finalist in Maxim's 2003 Hometown Hottie contest, a girl who had been featured in Playboy's Girls of the Pac-10, a girl who had been a feature model for a story in FHM, a few strippers, three Hooters waitresses, an ASU swimmer, an ASU gymnast, an ASU volleyball player, a hottie who ran track and field for a major college in the Midwest, the lead female trainer at an overcrowded Pure Fitness, just to name a few. Hell I even got Randi's number from My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance. Some of these were hardcore sarges, looking back others may have been fool's mates.

Unfortunatly somewhere along the line I lost my mojo, although not sure exactly where I'm guessing it happened when I fell victim to a string of injuries(broken arm, car crash) and my diet consisted of percocet, flexoral and chronic for several months instead of chicken breasts and protein shakes. My three months of injury turned into a year wasted. Sure I got girls, but the mojo was gone, the internalization I had worked so hard for was gone. Or was it? My ****y funny had turned into bitter ******* and I had no idea why.

"Put a ****ing shirt on and let's go." ****. He was serious. I was wearing the same clothes I had on the day before, black ****ies, white Steve Maddens, my black and red T-nation tribal shirt, and a pair of imitation $6 dollar Gucci sun glasses. This would have to do. I don't think I could handle digging around my room for anything else at the moment. We headed out the door and down the street, Samoan a little tipsy and as for myself, well I wasn't quite myself, atleast not the self I had been the past year. I had a feeling I hadn't had in months, the feeling of truely not giving a ****, the most essential skill in The Game.

After about 20 minutes and convincing Samoan I knew where we were going, we eventually got to Scottsdale's main strip(or rather a circle if you will). The funny thing about Scottsdale is there are only a handful of places that have actually been around with the same name and owners for more than a year. It seemed as if every bar or club had a new name every six months to a year and with every new name and owner came an increase in drink prices. We stopped at what was formerly Elixer a trendy after hours place now it was apparently a Jazz bar although the show had just gotten over. We went inside and I headed straight for the bathroom to get my bearings, a piece of gum, and some cologne from the attendant. Some Agua di Gio on the right wrist, a little Drakar Nor on the left. I took the time to chat him up and get into a conversational mood which suprisingly wasn't extremely hard considering my circumstances.

There weren't many people in the place as the show had just ended, a line of guys in suit jackets and five o clock shadows lined the bar. Death row they called it. There was one set of about 8 people, equal girls and guys at a booth. To hard.. I wasn't ready for that and Samoan sure as hell wasn't. We exited and headed down the street to DJ's, a more bar like atmosphere with rock music playing, pool tables, and a wooden floor. We headed to the bar to get a drink and observe our surroundings. Water for me. Jack and Coke for Samoan. To my left on the corner of the bar was what appeared to be somewhat attractive Native American chick with a friend who turned out to be her sister. She was a 6.5 but she was just practice anyways. In the midst of a shroom induced sweat I opened:

Luxberry: Hey can I get a female's opinion on something?

Nava-HO: Uh? What? Whats up?

Luxberry: Can you tell me which of these Colognes you like better? ( stick my wrists out toward her).

Nava-HO: (sniff, points to right wrist) Why do you have two colognes on?

Luxberry: I'm just that fly, hah no really you know how they always have the black guy in the bathroom handing out towels and gum and ****. Well I figured since they always have a ton of cologne it would be a good way to find out what kind I should by next since I'm running out at home.

Nava-HO: Black guy? No I've never been here before. I just moved to this side of town.

Luxberry: Yeah I'm not from here, this heat is killing me, it's like 65 degrees where I'm from!

Nava-HO: Oh no that's freezing!! I couldn't live there! Where exactly is that?

Luxberry: Oh back east. ( I noticed heavier domineering older sister who had been evil eyeing me the whole time start to get hit on by some older AFC with no game who tried to wink at me like we were in this **** together, I ignored him and turned my attention toward Nava-Ho who had turned her legs from her sister toward me. ) So are you two really good friends?

Nava-HO: Yeah... we're sisters.

Luxberry: No way you don't look at all alike... oh wait yeah you kinda do. ( Stupid shrooms I wasn't thinking, if I had I woulda opened them both instead of the target, so much for the best friends test. )

Nava-HO: Fluff

Luxberry: Fluff ( Trying to think of a routine, she was shy, C&f wouldn't win this one and she still hadn't asked me my name, Samoan finished his Jack and Coke, I said something else stupid relating to her age which got the "were you even ****ing listening?" look from her. She was still eager to talk but I had had enough of her, she was boring. Some old creep guys approach, she gets mildly distracted while they order drinks for her and her sister and I take the time to bail to the other end of the bar with Samoan where I spot a cute blonde in a pink halter top eyeing me while talking to her friend. )

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I open with a time constraint and the jealous girlfriend opener and use Samoan as my pawn. Despite me telling him to just go with it after hearing my opener he was speechless, dumbfounded and completely useless in answering anything the girls asked. Greeeaatt. Luckily the time constraint I had used had to do with Samoan being drunk and needing to go home. I was still sweating my ass off and Samoan's lack of winging ability stunned me. I choked the close.

We headed out the bar and next door to Maloney's - one of maybe three bars in Scottsdale that hadn't ever changed it's name. I open the cashier girl with the cologne opener and do a bit of c&f to try and get in for free - she was a good spirit but no luck on skimping the cover. We went in to find a **** fest, great... I only paid three bucks to get in, but still since when do bars have covers? We walk around a bit, I open a two set of 7s, Horse Face and ManStash who are sitting bored at the bar. Needless to say by the names I gave them I bumped them down to 5s and ejected to Martini Ranch.

I took it a little easier in Martini Ranch and left Samoan in a dark corner of the dance floor to drink his Jack and Coke while I looked around for targets. Strange but I felt really at home there and just sort of observed peoples interactions with each other. I opened a girl that appeared Persian and was easily a 8.5, jet black hair - I love that. As I went in with "Hey let me ask you something..." disaster struck and my sunglasses flew off the top of my head into her drink and my water. Great I lean down to pick them up and a friend pushes her along. She stopped to turn around and see what I wanted but I just waved her off and said "I'll ask yah next time" with a wink.

I went back upstairs to grab Samoan and we headed toward a bar I had never been to called Gilligans, a pirate themed bar that had kareoke with an obese midget. I walked in and saw a 5-set with three girls and 2 AFCs sitting on the ends of either of them attempting to make conversation, two of the girls and one AFC appeared Persian. Sweet I had my chance for redemption with a dark haired beauty. I got Samoan a beer and made sure he was on point for the jealous girlfriend opener and approached. It went extremely well.. save for the one guy at the table who wasn't really feeling me hitting on his girls. One of the girls even seemed to be into Samoan and drilled him which was awesome because it gave me time to neg another girl for her kareoke performance about 10 minutes earlier while I ignored the target, a skinny girl with a decent body and a hooked nose the only thing stopping her from being a 8.5, instead she was a solid 8. It was near closing time and which gave me time to walk her outside while the AFCs paid their tab. I told her she looked exotic, she qualified herself being from Lebanon, she asked my name, I said I didn't want to tell her because she might stalk me on myspace, she said whatever and pushed the issue, which at that point I made a deal with her - my name for her number. Fluff, shook hands, weak attempt at soul gazing and I was out to walk back home with Samoan.

I was struggling to move for most of the day. The events of the previous night head my entire body and head aching. Stupid stupid, good thing I had the day off from work to recover atleast I was in an incredible mood and my confidence was high from the way the previous night had ended.

I got a call early evening from MCBoxer, an old roomate of mine who now lived in bum****. MCBoxer, you must know.. was a little nuts, crazy party exterior, AFC on the interior, and he was coming my way for a birthday party in Tempe. Tempe, the home to Arizona State University and school had just gotten out. One last hurrah for the summer. Sweet.

We got to the party and instantly ran into a buddy from MCBoxer's high school talking to a cute girl. Because he was my buddy, I entered the set with a bit of c/f and AMOG'd him a little bit which got the girl to introduce herself to me. All three of us talked for a bit but I didn't really get anymore IOI from the chick so I left to explore the rest of the party. As I was walking by I caught a smile from a cute blonde who I will call HB8 who was with her friend HB8-2. I ignored her smile and continued walking, I could tell from her face she was smashed and what better way to neg a party girl than to ignore her?

I got over to a beer pong table and put my name on the list with MCBoxer. I then proceeded to start talking **** to the two teams playing, making myself the center of attention. Somewhere a long the lines I started talking to some random girl who tried to convince me to play with her instead of MCBoxer, no deal, in fact that was an insult and a deal breaker. She had bad teeth anyways. I didn't really run any game on her so I don't consider that an approach.

Pretty soon I notice HB8 and her friend standing to my left talking with their backs towards me hoping for me to initiate, which is what I did.

Luxberry: I hope you're not trying to cut me in beer pong, just put your names on the list and you can lose like everyone else.

Hilarious, they were on me like flies. 10 minutes later, I had realized I probably failed a **** test or two but I also got "the (drunk) look" from HB8. They departed back inside the house when my turn for beer pong came up. I lost. After three games which only took about 15 minutes and looked around at the party for the first time. What a **** fest. I went back inside to find HB8... **** she was gone. God damn it. I was pissed. I grabbed MCBoxer and we left shortly after to meet a chick we both know who LJBF'd him like two years ago. She was a solid 8 and really friendly, it's to bad MCBoxer was such and AFC, I feared she had long ago put me in the same category when we lived together. Another pal of ours who lived right next to the bar met us there.

She was there with 2 friends. They were in a ****ty mood and I couldn't do anything to make them open up. They left within 15 minutes. Damn it. There was one other set of girls in the place, a three set. I joke with MCBoxer's friend and we talk about leaving right there to go to Vegas to find The American Dream together. Somehow MCBoxer and our other pal go to get a drink at the bar. I knew nothing was going to happen with her so I asked if I could use her as a pivot for the three set. She agreed and I opened with a modified jealous girlfriend opener using myself as the guy with the jealous ex and her as my female friend who thinks it's ok to still hang out with my ex. The three set was older... late 20's maybe, one married, from the other two one agreed I could hang out with her, the other didn't. All three were slightly interested in talking to us and one tried to neg me with a comment about my age(23). I asked why it mattered it and they all appeared like they were trying to act as if they were my age. Bleh they hated it. ****ing *******, guess I'm to good of an actor or it just wasn't funny.

There wasn't much else going on at the bar so we dropped off MCBoxer's friend and went to Denny's where we soon had a Mexican woman trying to talk to my from across the room. What an idiot she gave me a million IOIs while waiting on her to go order. It was almost gross, I threw an onion ring at her like a frisbee. She loved it but there was no way I was gonna seriously mack her so I just c/f her and kept her attention for a good 15 minutes after her food came. Eventually a stocky shorter Mexican guy in a wife beater, sweat pants, and a slew of tattoos came in, said something in Spanish and the chick left with him while he mugged the **** outta me. Hilarious.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
