This story reminds me of a news story I read years back. I believe it was in Philadelphia. It was about a kid who was 15 yrs old or so, he had a girlfriend about 18 I believe. He started working at some fast food restaurant, he got his paycheck, his first one, and he was killed after he cashed it. It turned out that the so called girlfriend had gotten her cousin and his friend to rob her boyfriend and take the money. And didn't do anything to stop his murder. It was a heartbreaking story. One that I remember sometimes out of the blue. 15 yrs old and first paycheck and your girlfriend gets someone to robb you and kill you. It really disturbed me and showed me that anything is possible in this crazy world we live in.
