Had a 1st date tonight and wanted to know what you think of these signs

I am not that good at dating but it was 3 things that stood out to me during the date.

1. I told her I wanted to ask her something but it slipped my mind and she seemed really curious to know what it was

2. We had a discussion about what train goes out to the area she lives in from my area

3. At the end of the date she tells me......"you can hug me"




I didn't send a text after the date because I prefer to call and done with the texting nonsense. So I will call sometime this week but those were the 3 things that made me think she is interested in a 2nd date.


But you know how dating is, you can feel the date went well and all of a sudden you never hear from the person lol Number 2 was the main reason I felt she was interested because she was actually on her phone trying to see what bus/train goes to where she lives from my city


But I will confirm this week

yea, just get in touch with her on thursday/friday (there are so pro tips about going for particular day, i dont remember exactly how "proper" day count works, i dont think it is that important) about going out again.
did you hug her?
as for second thing, we can assume she liked you and unconsciously she already planned to go out with you more. that's just optimistic assumption, but i think it's a different one.
I had similar case with the girl whom i currently date, sometimes during our conversations she was mentioning about her longer term plans in the sense of how and where are we going to date. For example, something like i would say "i dont know this town at all" she would reply that "you will know every street of this time soon"

Anyway, you could and probably should have gone for a small kiss and then you would have had your answer.

You seem too 'nice' which is not a good thing when dealing with women.

Don't be afraid to trust your gut dude. If you think it went well, then it went well. Call her when your ready to schedule another date and hang out with her again. But, like pyros said, dont be too nice around her.

I sent a text this morning just to see if she would respond and she did so I will either call tonight or tomorrow
