So everytime I go to the gym I carry a notebook around me to record and kep track of what I did that day, but recently I found this app called Gym Wolf

which is an easy way to add exercises and workouts, and it has a lot of tools including graphing everything from your body weight to the average amount of weight you lifted for given time periods. I think its pretty useful as you can access the account via the app on your phone or their website. They have native apps Android, Windows Phone and Nokia phones(no iOs ). I'm using it instead of a paper workout journal and I like it a lot better, it might benefit some of you guys.
