So everytime I go to the gym I carry a notebook around me to record and kep track of what I did that day, but recently I found this app called Gym Wolf

which is an easy way to add exercises and workouts, and it has a lot of tools including graphing everything from your body weight to the average amount of weight you lifted for given time periods. I think its pretty useful as you can access the account via the app on your phone or their website. They have native apps Android, Windows Phone and Nokia phones(no iOs :( ). I'm using it instead of a paper workout journal and I like it a lot better, it might benefit some of you guys.
