"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

I'm just going to be honest here I screwed up and fell off the wagon.

It started with meeting just as friends because she was in a really bad place and I thought I was over her and could handle the odd meet up or text.

Long story short she suckered me back in with love bombing and even though I knew what was happening I let myself believe her bull****.

A couple of weeks ago we had an argument about something she had done and she devalued me. From there she started distancing and trying to hold me in backup while she looks for new supply but thank god I pulled my **** together enough to walk before I was pushed to make way for the new guy who will be along any day now.

Guys I'm kicking myself over this, the pain is not as bad as the first time but I conned myself into thinking she had changed and she actually cared but all that happened is I'm back at square one.
