“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I can take ANYONE on this board (absent handicaps/congenital physical deformities that cannot be corrected with surgery), and if he follows my recommendations, I GUARANTEE that he will secure HB 7s up to HB 9s consistently.

My recommendations may:

1. Take time to actualize
2. Cost money (toward self-improvement)
3. Cause shock or cognitive dissonance (but the truth shall set you free)

HOWEVER, if my recommendations are followed, the working subject WILL achieve the aforementioned goal.

I welcome all to this thread. If any willing subject wishes to participate, he must send me a pic of face and physique for evaluation, either in this thread or through PM. If confidentiality is requested, I will respect the request.

I welcome all counter-positions. However, for counter-positions, I request you post a pic of the subject (person) in question that you feel cannot achieve the result I proffer.

This is not an advertisement. Nor do I make money from this challenge. BUT, in the spirit of fun, if there are any gamblers: I am willing to put a monetary wager on any subject (person), absent handicaps that cannot be corrected with surgery, that you bring to the table, with monies held by a third-party trustee until achieve/fail.

Let the games begin, hopefully.

I haven't yet dated a HB7 or > more than once yet. I want to plate the sexy ones. I'm wondering what and where I should improve to attract over a HB6.

Lots of PMs. I'm glad to see we have DJ brothers that are proactive in wanting to improve. For those who want To participate and didn't supply pics, submit pics in the thread or by PM for recommendations.

Photobucket.com is an easy way to upload pics.

Lol Ruler. Ruler, this thread is not for pics of HBs. It's for pics of DJs, as to receive recommendations as to what needs to improve physically to attain HB7s up to 9s consistently.

But since you chimed in Ruler, and I have seen your video, here are my recommendations to you:

AS IS, you have to do nothing. You have great facial aesthetics. You can secure HB 7s through 9s as you are. However, if you wish to improve, increase your lean mass whereas your bodyweight is around 190 lbs at 10% bf.

Received many PMs.

I'm quite surprised. We have some good-looking DJs in this forum. I was expecting a flurry of average to below average-looking DJs. Maybe only the good-looking DJs were confident enough to PM me?

Let's go brothers. It doesn't matter who you are. Good-looking, average, below-average. If you are not WILLING to face the truth, you will never ADDRESS the deficiencies that are holding you back. The truth shall set you free.

Let's keep the requests coming. Your confidentiality will be respected.

For the benefit of the forum (good man!), Switch asks that I provide my recommendations to him within this thread, as follows:

Physique

You mentioned that you are 6’1, 189 lbs. I would estimate that you are 17-18% bf. At 15% bf, you would see the remnants of abs, which don’t appear YET.

Your target bf is 10%: you must lose 15 lbs of fat to get there. At 6’1, your DJ fighting weight at 10% bf is roughly 195 lbs (dependent upon your bone structure).

Accordingly, you must lose 15 lbs of fat, and gain 20 lbs of muscle to get there. I believe this is accurate as you now have the build of a swimmer, which is good for some women. But to attract MOST women, you want the build of a fitness model. Thus, your 20-lb-of-muscle goal will add thickness and development to your neck, arms, delts, and chest (can’t see back or legs). Focalize your routine around heavier lifts for greater muscle thickness/development. For specifics, visit the Health forum for diet and exercise regimen.

Face

Strong points: You have strong bone structure and aesthetic symmetry.

Weak point:
You do have darkness/hollowness under your eyes. This may be caused by any of the following:

Sleep deprivation or stress: Begin to address here, and see if the dark circles correct.

Dehydation: Drink one gallon of water every day. If the condition does not improve after 30 days following this protocol, then:

Bleaching cream: Some, due to genetic reasons (usually in darker skin individuals), have under eye skin darkening that may be corrected by bleaching the skin. The following bleach cream can be purchased OTC: Porcelain skin whitening serum. Try it for 90 days. If not, then:

Fat depositories under eyes have diminished. As we age, we lose bone and fat depositories in our face. As fat deposits shrink under the eyes, it fashions the illusion of hollowness. This can be corrected by the use of Restalyne. Restalyne takes about 10-15 minutes to inject. Use only board-certified dermatologists for this injection. Vet the dermatologist to ensure he has done hundreds of these injections before. It really is not a big deal, as if you are not happy with Restalyne, it can be dissolved/removed. The results last up to one year and cost roughly $500 each time.

Time estimated to attain results with diligent exercise and diet: 1-2 years (20 lbs of lean muscle takes time to attain naturally)

Wow this is excellent Guru thanks - I always struggled with my eyes. Sometime they look great and I feel like a million dollars then some days they look bad. No consistency. A lot down to stress I think, although sometimes they look bad when i'm not stressed. I never knew that it was possible to have this amended so this is great news!

Trying to fit a workout regime into my busy schedule, but you have given me a goal now. 20lbs in 1-2 years. Thankyou

I received more requests than I had anticipated. I'm glad to see we have DJs that want and are WILLING to improve. I will respond to each request in the order received. I will take my time to respond to ensure that my recommendations are not tongue-in-cheek and serve you well.

To save time, please ensure you include your height and weight, and whether you want my recommendations to be private or public. If you don't mention, I will assume private.

NewRealMan, not sure, but maybe there is a minimum post limit for new accounts prior to PM permissions.

Side Note: The most pivotal step of "game," is understanding that you and she are both providing VALUE (SMV) in a sexual marketplace. This value can be contrived a/k/a tips and techniques, which will only work short-term until she understands she was tricked--or--GENUINE VALUE, which is the concrete value you bring to the table. What we are focalizing on is that CONCRETE value, so that not only do you secure the girl that you want genuinely and effortlessly, but also keep the girl should YOU elect to, ON YOUR TERMS.

Some of my recommendations will be unorthodox and may cause angry knee-jerk reactions among the readers (not participants) viewing. My advice to some may include certain cosmetic procedures or injections. But that's OK. I'm here to serve you with the truth, and what WILL work. If you follow my recommendations, you WILL get the job done. Being your best is not easy, and certainly requires humility, time, sacrifice, money, and a WILL to act on it. I'm only interested in providing you with info to equip you to WIN this challenge, which is to secure HB7s up to 9s consistently, at will.

Knowing your philosophy on cosmetic procedures, I'm curious what you think about older men using hair dye to cover/conceal that they have gray hair? I'm guessing that you would be in favor of it, but I'm curious what your opinion might be.

I have gray hair myself, although I have always been reluctant to dye it, for a number of reasons:

1) I don't want to be bothered.
2) A lot of men look "fake" with dye jobs. On the other hand, it looks pretty natural on other dudes.
3) As an "inner game" issue, dying your hair might indicate that you are insecure with your appearance. Certainly as a male, you are not as obligated to color your hair to the extent that woman is. Women do not respond to "cues of youth" as much as men do.

And going back to my first point, A lot of women are turned off at the idea of a man fussing over his appearance. Men are supposed to be creatures of action, they aren't supposed to primp in front of a mirror for half an hour like a woman - that's a feminine trait. A lot of women are turned off by guys who use product in their hair for this reason (although similarly other women like the look).

Zekko, let’s look at it from a different perspective.

Let’s say you were the owner of a hedge fund. And your salary was directly proportionate to the amount of monies investors would be willing to entrust you with and send you. Let’s go further to state that as men begin to lose 7000 brains cells per day beginning at age 40, that most investors would only entrust hedge fund managers that were in the 40 yo range max to render split-second decisions and trades that serve them best throughout the day. Let’s further assume, at the age of 50+, most investors would not trust you much with their monies. Let’s pretend this were the case (I am not stating that it is.)

Now, let’s also assume that the investors meet you in person, and thus do not know your age outside of what you look like. Let’s say at present you are 54 yos with a head of mostly grey hair. Your goal is to secure as much money as you can from these investors as to attain the highest salary possible. Hence, you MUST look as close to the 40 yo age range as possible to achieve this goal. Under these conditions, in this industry, would you, then, dye your hair if you knew that by dyeing your hair, you would appear 10+ years younger and thus make more money?

Further, if you would dye your hair to look younger for business purposes (within an industry where more youthful looks were trusted), would that make you insecure or smart? Last, if your goal were to earn as much money as possible in this industry, would your refusal to dye your hair based on antiquated beliefs or conventions, then, not make you foolish, improvident or imprudent?

Right now, you’re in an exclusive relation. Your goal is not to secure the hottest women available, at will, for your pleasure. Hence, you have no NEED to color your hair, as it rightfully doesn’t benefit you in any capacity. Matter of fact, your grey hair may work to your advantage in business; certainly not a deterrent.

Ubercat:

Great that you requested your recommendations to be included in this thread. Some of the material below can certainly other fellow DJs with similar circumstances.

I have received your pics. It appears you have several pics of you at present, and one or two pics of you when you were younger. Is this correct or just the lighting?

You are 50. First, I want to state that you are relatively young and can still compete with the 30-something year-old crowd for late 20s-30s women (if you elect)—if you are WILLING to make adjustments in your lifestyle and care routine. If we look at Sylvester Stallone, as an example, at age 70—20 years older than you-we see that age is not nearly as much as an encumbrance as most people would have you think—as long as you are WILLING to invest time, money, and make the capital improvements necessary.

I. Let’s begin with the physique.

Recommendation One:
Seek a TRT physician. Obtain a blood test. Ensure you check your Total and Free T levels, estrogen, and gf-1.

Ideally, we want T levels in the high end of the physiological normal range, 700-800 ng/dl and estrogen levels in the 25 pg/ml, creating a total testosterone/estrogen (T/E ratio) around 30. This is arguable among many fitness experts and doctors, but the following T/E ratio has worked superb for me.

If your total T levels are below 600, this may be an indication that TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) might be necessary. Consult with your HRT doctor following your blood test, and feel free to post the results in this thread along with the physician’s opinion.

You have slight aromatization in your chest area, but that may be the result of higher body fat levels, which incites aromatization. This may correct once you lose weight.

Recommendation Two:

Analysis: You are 6’1, 234 lbs. This is your biggest setback. Ideally, at 6’1, at 10% bf level, your DJ fighting weight will be around 195 (dependent on bone structure). I am unable to gauge your bf level accurately as it is too high. I could relatively guess your bf level to be in the 30% range. We can more accurately determine your bf through caliper testing, or visually once you get below 200 lbs. Let’s work with the 30% bf number for now, and we can always adjust once your weight falls below 200 lbs.

Our goal is to reach 10% bf. At 234, estimated 30% bf, you will have to lose 20% bf or 46 lbs of fat. This will leave you at a bodyweight of 188 lbs, at 10% bf.

To reach 195 lbs--your DJ fighting weight--in a perfect anabolic environment with no muscle loss, you would have to gain 7 lbs of muscle. However, you will likely lose muscle with a fat loss regimen of 46 lbs. How much muscle you will lose depends on your anabolic profile. So we will have to re-evaluate once your bodyweight falls below 200 to gauge the amount of muscle loss. Let’s assume you will lose 10-12 lbs of muscle (Approx 25% of total weight loss) in your 46+ lb weight loss. Thus, using this assumption as the guideline, you would need to gain 7 lbs (stated originally) PLUS regain the 10-13 lbs of muscle loss, totaling a net gain of 20 lbs of muscle.

Physique Conclusion:

1. Seek an HRT physician.
2. Go to the Health forum, once you address the hormonal profile for exercise and dieting tips.
3. Lose 46 lbs of fat. Gain 20 lbs of muscle.
4. Re-evaluate once your bodyweight falls below 200 lbs.

Time to cure: 1 -2 years (Dependent on hormonal profile)

II. Face

It would be unfair to provide you with recommendations to improve facial aesthetics knowing that WHEN you lose close to 50 lbs, your facial aesthetics will completely change. We should re-evaluate once you are closer to your target weight.

I will not advise regarding fat depositories such as a double chin, as that will likely disappear once your bf levels fall low enough.

Three things, irrespective of weight, that I can see that you can improve on in the meantime:

1. Hair. You have a good set of hair. You do have slight thinning at the hairline.

a. Big Three: RU/Avodart/Minoxidil. The Big Three is a hair loss regimen that will maintain your current hair and in many cases cause a bit of regrowth. Take a look at this thread where we discussed this in greater detail.

b. Toppik. This is my personal favorite, a concealer. Sprinkle it on before you go out. Use hairspray after application to hold. And like magic, a strong hairline appears. Buy the spray applicator, which works most effectively. It may take practice to perfect, but it certainly is worth the time, effort, and application. Take a look at this thread.

c. Hair Transplant: This may be necessary if you elect to forgo Options A and B. If you choose this option, you would only need a little bit at the hairline, maybe 2000 FUT follicles max. This could cost anywhere between $5-14,000, depending on the doctor.

2. Eye bags. This is hereditary, and worsens as you age. Fat depositories under the eyes begin to reshape creating the appearance of bags.

As stated in Post 8, this too, can be corrected with use of Restalyne. Restalyne takes about 10-15 minutes to inject. Use only board-certified dermatologists for this injection.Vet the dermatologist to ensure he has done hundreds of these injections before. It really is not a big deal, as if you are not happy with Restalyne, it can be dissolved/removed. The results last up to one year and cost roughly $500 each time.

3. Skin tightening. You WILL benefit from an FDA skin-tightening treatment called Ultherapy, http://www.ultherapy.com/. Seek a board-certified dermatologist or surgeon. Cost of service is $3,000 on average for face and neck.

Might be a bit costly but definitely worth the investment. Can take up to 1.5 hours. No down time. Results last up to two years. Ultherapy can take 5-10 years off your face and is completely natural as it promotes your body’s own promotion of collagen.

“Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy to heat targeted tissue under the surface of the skin, triggering the natural production of collagen. While some people might see an effect immediately after their treatment, most real results appear over two to three months as the collagen gradually improves skin’s tone and elasticity.”

These are my recommendations to you for now. If you need further clarification on any of the aforementioned, questions, or for re-evaluation when you get closer to your target bodyweight, feel free to post within this thread.

Wow thank you. Great action plan. I have the commitment and finances to implement.

Only question is sequence. So should I m assuming order is:
1. Work on physique
2. Assess face at 200 lb mark
Hair and T no dependency - they will help whenever I do it.

Yes, and you can secure Restalyn or Ultherapy at any time. Ultherapy (at any time) is going to be a must either way, as when you drop 50 lbs, you will have loose skin.

Population studies suggest that 10% to 25% of men over 50 may have low testosterone. And as you are holding onto 40+ pounds of excess fat, you may very well fall within this parameter. Ergo, my recommendation to seek a TRT doctor. If your blood tests confirm low T, your doctor will opine TRT. Same would apply to a diabetic whose body produces low amounts of insulin. The diabetic would be prescribed insulin therapy. The medical environment is evolving. I believe in another 10-15 years, testosterone and estrogen will be part of the “conventional” blood work, just as cholesterol and sugar levels are today.

If your T levels are optimal, then nothing lost other than the cost of the blood test. Then just proceed naturally. I don’t want the readers to misconstrue my suggesting that you get on TRT. I’m simply stating to get a blood test, and the opinion of a TRT physician. There are too many health risks associated with low testosterone that it is not prudent to at least check, especially since these hormones are the accelerators/decelerators of your goal.

Another item I failed to mention is diet (protein, fat, carb intake) will be a critical part of your weight loss regimen to mitigate muscle loss. This thread is about self-improvement, not diet. So do your due diligence. Some helpful information in the Health forum.

Last, regarding hair, if you elect not to get on the Big Three (RU/Avodart/minoxidil) or transplant, at the very least try Toppik. It’s very easy and will only take 1-2 minutes to apply.

I'd like to give another perspective on this, I'm not going to hijack the thread just clarify. I would say that you can drop pretty far below 200 pounds. I'm 6'2 and have gone from ~163 to 198 pounds after 26 months of strength training, although it's been far from a complete regimen up until recently so it can't be used as a full conclusion.

When you get lean and before adding muscle from training, you will at your height not weigh more than in the 160 pound range and that too can be a high estimate depending on your frame. I think that's when you can start to see your real definition.

165 pounds when lean = 29,5% current bf
155 pounds when lean = 34% current bf
145 pounds when lean = 38% current bf
If you drop down to 188 as guru suggests, you will still have to lose 20-30+ pounds of fat according to my calculations.

Permabulkers, ignorant laymen who have been suckered into the muscle dream and steroid takers will tend to exaggerate the size a person is supposed to be at when lean and how big your frame can be by nature, and underestimate their own bf% in the case of the former two.

I hope it goes well for you in any case.

Good topic for other DJs that have fat loss in their regimen.

This is science, not opinion. Though, the estimation of Uber’s bf level is a visual estimation based on my experience and the following visual scales:

Scale 1
Scale 2[/URL]
Scale 3

Let’s define lean at 10% for a concrete discussion:

If Uber were 165 pounds at 10% (as you indicate above at 30% bf),

THEN
• 148.5 lbs at 0% bf
• 234 lbs at 36.5% bf

Caliper testing of course would be most accurate, but based on my observation of Uber’s pics, he is definitely below 35%, but above 25% bf. Closer to 30%. Although your estimate is not far off from mine, as you state that he is closer to 165 lbs, 10% bf (lean). And I state that he puts on 20 lbs of muscle to reach his DJ fighting weight of 195: so 195 (fighting weight) – 20 (pounds of muscle added) = 175 lbs @10 % bf (lean).

So our estimates are off by 10 lbs. Though I guesstimated that he will lose 13 lbs of muscle while dieting. However, neither you nor I, can really prognosticate his 10% bf weight, as it deals with two important factors that we are neither in control of:

1) How much muscle he will lose in his weight loss regimen, which is dependent upon his hormonal profile (hence the recommendation to see a TRT physician), and diet/exercise.
2) How much muscle he will gain, which is also dependent upon his hormonal profile (hence the recommendation to see a TRT physician), and diet/exercise.
