"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

My girfriend said she needs a break from the relationship, like a week or two, bcuz she needs time to think if she wants to be with me or not. She said she loves me alot, but she doesnt know.

Bcuz i walked out on her at a party, bcuz i got realli mad at her over some stupid ****.

Now she doesnt know if she wants to be with me or not.

Im killing all contact with her. She said she still wants to be with me but I dont care. Contact will be killed. Its soo hard too though. I realli loved her and i do love her.

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Come on man, do you really think that's the reason?

She has been loosing interest for some time now. That was the excuse she needed. She probably wants to upgrade.

bump? It was only one minute. wtf?!?

BTW, good move cutting off contact. Actually, that will probably make her come back to you. And if she does, things will be better. She will see that she can loose you, and therefore try harder to keep you

Oh, God. The old 'break' bullshit.

You didn't state any real details about this...how long you've been together, problems you've had, etc.

One thing I can tell you is that almost 99% of the time, a break is it. You said: "She said she loves me alot, but she doesnt know. .

Doesn't know what? If she wants to be with you even if she 'loves' you? WTF?

Whatever. I think you cutting off contact with her is probably a good idea. Personally, I'd just cut the fucking cord and say this: "Hey, if you need a break to think about us being together, we should just quit right now". Then walk away and don't answer the phone for at least a week.

Give her something to think about ;)

She'll be back.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Dude Ive been through 2 i need breaks with my GF. At first your instinct is to chase her to not let her leave. But that never works. Women are weaker than you think they are they try to act like there all tough but there not just along as you dont chase and smother the sh*t out of them when they ask for a break. What i did was just not call I would pick up the phone though if she called. I would not initiate anything (talking, touching, hanging out etc. for the most part). If she doesnt call you during the week shell call you on the weekend almost certaintly just as long as you dont call her first but if she doesnt in a slim chance then its probably over. Just stay strong. let me know

Iceburgs in water.

By the time you see the tip of the iceburg you have already missed 90% of ice below the water...

I'm sorry to say...

But this is the truth:

"breaks" DO NOT EXIST. THERE IS NO SUCH THING.

You walk, and you walk away now. THEN, if she decides to grow up a bit, she will chase you, and perhaps, depending on the circumstances, you resume the relationship. But you NEVER agree to a break. You just simply walk away, and cut all contact.

dude, she wants a break?
give me a break.
she is nicely trying to break up with you, making you think there still may be a chance , if you win her back.
bs!
if its over, its over.
there is no need for a time out button or a pause .

if she didnt like something you did or said, or how you reacted, thats fine and as a decent human being you are man enough to accept the fact that things just didnt work out.

parting ways now isnt so bad, at least you see that in the future she would never stand by your side.

take some time and reflect on matters and make your decision. this is not totally up to her. you have a say so and if you decide that the break is for good, let her know gently and cut the contact completely.
dont give her the chance to brag about dumping you if you dont have to.

It's all about how you carry yourself. If you are confident, unphased, as if the break hasn't affected you at all, then she might come back. If you try to make her fall for you again, then she'll never want you back but still "appreciate your sweet, caring, loving soul". Women secretly like the idea of a guy pining for them. This way the girl still gets your attention without having to actually be in a relationship with you. If you don't give in, she will start to worry that she didn't mean anything to you. Then comes that possibility of you hooking up with another girl. Even though she called for the break, THIS CAN NEVER HAPPEN!!!! Before you know it, she's back because if there's anyone who is going to be cuddling you, kissing you, blowing you, and screaming your name during sex, IT'S GONNA BE HER!!!!!!!!!!

a break is simple. she's trying to get power back - she's trying to BREAK you.

you're in a lose lose situation. if she does break you and you go back - well now she knows you're whipped and will lose interest. if she doesn't break you, then she might break and run back to you, but will know that she's lost hte power in the relationship (and will go after some other guy at some poitn where she can regain control).

bottom line, you're dealing with an IMMATURE chic.

cut your loses now, because they will only get bigger as time goes on.

sure it hurts, but that's life.

its like buy a stock at 100 bucks and then it drop to 70 and you say "damn ive lost so much maybe if i keep it it will go back up to 100 bucks a share"

then it drops to 50 bucks a share and you say "man im losing my shirt. if i sell now i'll have taken a huge lose. better to keep holding on to it."

smart investors sell when a stock is tanking. relationships are no different.

stick to your guns and sell that stock. and no matter how appealing it becomes, don't ever buy it again.

if a stock burned you badly you woudn't buy it again would you? so don't ever take a girl back who has burned you.

I was in a similar situation myself. A girl that I dated for over 2 years told me she wanted a break. I cut off all contact and 6 weeks later she called and asked me to take her back. I said no. An Alpha male doesn't wait for any woman or allow himself to be placed on a backburner. By asking for a break she proved that she has no loyalty and the future wife and mother of your children must show loyalty. Do not take her back or you'll live to regret it.

YUP. Exact same thing happened to my friend last year...

BREAKS DO NOT EXIST.

Unfortunately, here interest level has plummetted. And it's plummetted below 51%. There's nothing you can do to raise it back up at the current time. You have to show some strength here man. For your own good. You need to WALK AWAY.

guys

Yeah, she broke up with me, but she was my first and it hurts ALOT, i cant deal with the pain. She was my first gf, and she was the one to take my virginty, we had such good times together, its hard to just forget about her so quickly.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
