Hey Im an 18 year old college student, only 5'6 and 125 lbs. Do you know how to increase height safely? I heard that growth hormones work, and it also improves your muscle production. But do they have side effects?... Your replies will be greatly appreciated by short people... Thanks

You're 18, there's no way you should be using GH or any steroid for that matter until you're at least 22-23. You still could be growing a little bit. Get to the gym and train your ass off with a good bulking diet and you will grow.

first you need to see a physician, get an x ray and check if your growth plates are fused yet. In case they are, sorry, but there is no way other than surgical limb lengthening to make you taller.
HGH is not an option.

if not, there still is a chance for you to grow more naturally. As for HGH treatment, well you need to talk this with an endochronologist. HGH does wonders for those kids who doesn't produce enough HGH and in that case, their treatment starts at an early age and lasts for years. For normal people however, it is not as effective. It may help people to gain about 2 inches, but I am not sure if you may enjoy that much considering your age. Probable complications in long term has not been studied much and HGH treatment is very expensive (about 30k a year) so many doctors will not like to try HGH.

By the way disregard newbie's response. At 22-23, your growth plates are fused and no matter what drug you use, you won't get one tenth of an inch taller.

peace

You might grow, but in all likelihood, your not going to be a 6 foot tall person. So accept the fact and work your azz off.

Back in the day, franko columbo, an infamous bb, wasn't that tall, don't worry about not being tall, just go out, start a good diet and fitness routine, and you'll develop confidence real quick.

The thing about PH, AS, etc is, as most advice goes, wait until your diet is ALMOST PERFECT, your fitness routine is ALMOST PERFECT and you know what makes you gain, what makes you lose, and how long it takes before starting anything.

Too many people start taking crap before they ever really know how to workout or eat. And when that stuff makes them sick or it doesn't make them go from 150 pounds to 250 pounds, they get all pissed off.

There are no miracles. PH, and esp AS, def work wonders, but you have to eat well and train hard, or it's just gonna be a waste of money and a gain of side effects.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Start benching :D Haha.

Gravity is in your side.

...and no, I don't mean bench with the intentions of growing taller.
