Good thread. But this is not true. Women can and will leave you at some point. That's lesson 1. They'll all stray

- Gym, career, hobbies, family, an interesting life, all of that come first than women, women will always be there, they're not going anywhere.

- Don't get anybody pregnant if he's not ready, enjoy life first

- Don't get married, is bad business, he doesn't have to get married to raise a family

- If the woman insists in getting married, have a prenup, hire lawyers for both, that way there is no coercion. Have separate accounts and a join account.

- Never be afraid of walking away, women are everywhere and there all are pretty much the same.

I'd add this to the marriage part:

There are stages. Dating, relationship, living together, and finally marriage.

Here's the kicker though: she has to deserve it in such a way that you almosy cant deny it from her! Every stage needs to be EARNED, and needs to be 10000% her initiative!!! You only live together with her because she makes your life MUCH more comfortable, no negging negative energy NOTHING, she just adds value.

I'd even say that SHE needs to go down on a bended knee with a ring for YOU. The

TRUTH! No magic pills.

I know too many people that just quit things when they aren't making progress fast enough. Sure there are very very few that get lucky and hit it big... but that is just blind luck and chance. Everything worth having takes effort.

I am always amazed at the gym in January-March, the place is packed with New Year resolutioners. By the end of March, everything thins out. Why? Because they are not getting results they want.

Anyone that really wants to get in shape and look good... you have to have someone that can advise you on what to do (a trainer) then you have to hit the gym at least every other day... then bust your butt to the point of muscle exhaustion EVERY DAY you work out... also change your diet (hire a dietitian if you need that) then it's going to take you at least (depending on your age, what shape you are in, and your body type) 3 months before you start noticing results. Most either don't put in the work or get frustrated that they are not making progress and quit. They see guys and gals who are in great shape just wandering around and mostly goofing off, and they don't understand why they can do the same. The reason is they are not trying to get in shape, they are only maintaining... you need at least a year in the gym where all you need to do is float in and just maintain.
