Ok guys. Here's one. I was just in the bathroom looking in the mirror, and noticed several gray hairs in my mustache and goatee. I don't smoke, and I don't drink, but I am overweight. Could that be the problem? I know I don't need to use Just For Men and all that stuff yet.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Graying hair is usually attributed to low level of essential B Complex vitamins.
And most of us have the genetic predisposition to start graying at a certain age.
Graying is the result of the melanin and pigmentation not present in hair follicles anymore.

There's more to be said about 'aging', 'graying', etc...
and about not having to age, per se.
But I will leave that up to readers to research.

I will however, suggest that you definitely include B Complex supplementation now, as it has a direct affect on overall hair health and graying.
