Yes In England or Australia this is very bad manners indeed,but in the US I really don't know...Yeah I would feel indignant too,but the damage is done,you just smile graciously and say enjoy!...It is better to master your feelings than be painted as small minded or cheap...It's surprising how quickly situations can change in life,perhaps one Day you will see her out with a good sort you would like to meet.....don't sweat the small stuff Old Chap!
